About my private Southington yoga studio

I teach private yoga sessions in Southington, CT and therapeutic yoga workshops out of tranquil and soothing Light Heart Wellness on North Main Street.

When you work with me, you’ll practice private yoga sessions catered to your specific needs. Sessions include, but aren’t limited to restorative and gentle yoga, breathing exercises, guided meditations, mindfulness, lifestyle, deep relaxation for stress reduction and improved sleep.

Practice for well-being in a warm, inviting atmosphere amidst soft, natural lighting, custom artwork, exposed brick, crystals and salt lamps. My studio has all the props we need and they are cleaned frequently and there’s always the option to wear masks for continued protection.

The soothing studio space is located on route 10 (North Main Street) in the charming center of Southington, CT. It’s behind Southington Coffee House, across from the town green and close to Anthony Jack’s, Praline’s Cafe and Southington Community Cultural Arts (SoCCA). You’ll find plenty of on-site parking and no stairs to enter the studio. When you enter, you’ll find a waiting area that includes a boutique with salt lamps, jewelry and artwork from local artists for sale. Additionally, there are two spacious and clean restrooms available in the studio.

Keep in mind: we always have the option to work together from the comfort of your home via Zoom if you aren’t up for your in-person session.
